In 1998 and 1999, we helped the South-East Ottawa Centre for a Healthy Community to lease and fit-up approximately 21,500 square feet of space on the 6th and 7th floors of an office building at 1355 Bank Street in Ottawa, at a total approximate capital cost of $1.2 million. The impressive design by Architect Ralph VandenBerg and Interior Designer Shelly Verheyden featured a 2 storey atrium and staircase linking the clinical and counselling areas on the sixth floor with the public meeting and administration areas on the seventh floor.
