in life as well as business, we have worked together since
1982 helping people satisfy their housing needs. We came
to real estate sales in 1995 with 12 years experience
as consultants developing non-profit and co-operative
housing and community health centres in northern and eastern
Ontario. Phil is a Registered Professional Planner and
former radio announcer. Joanne has been a property manager
and librarian. As real estate sales representatives, we
have earned a strong reputation for providing high quality
service to both buyers and sellers.
Through
our associated consulting company, Jackson-Brown Associates
Inc., we have managed the development of more than 800 units
of co-operative and non-profit housing as well as 8 community
health centres, with total capital costs exceeding $80,000,000.
We

and analysis, effective communication, assertive marketing
and superior negotiating skills.
