6. Other Services

  • attending meetings of Client committee or other meetings as requested by the Client, in order to report on the progress of the Project, to outline options, to recommend on development decisions and to obtain instructions;
  • providing information concerning the Project upon request to the Client, and enacting the decisions of the Client with respect to all matters which are the responsibility of the Consultant under this Agreement; and
  • assisting in meeting any requirements or conditions of funding or financing for the Project.

7. Move Co-ordination Services (optional)

  • providing overall co-ordination for the move process;
  • developing a Move Plan and Schedule in consultation with a Move Committee comprising designated representatives of the client and those having responsibility for the purchase and/or installation of new furnishings and equipment;
  • developing and implementing a tendering process for the selection of a moving company, and providing co-ordination and supervision of the work of the moving company in preparation for and during the move; and
  • providing a Move Coordinator to take responsibility for the on-site co-ordination of the Move process, including: arranging for new stationary and business cards to be ordered, and for change of address and publicity notices to be issued; liaising with the property management firm during the move process, including ensuring that utilities, garbage collection services, cleaning services and insurance coverage are arranged for the new premises; arranging to instruct staff in move procedures and to familiarize them with the new premises; coordinating with the moving company before and during the move; providing general trouble-shooting during the course of the move; implementing a system for recording move-related deficiencies, and assisting in deficiency inspections and systems checks periodically during the move process, in accordance with the Move Plan; reporting back to the Client on any problems which arise during the move process; and other general administrative tasks pertaining to the move which may be required from time to time.
