3. Project Concept, Site Acquisition, Planning and General Co-ordination Services

  • assistance developing and refining the Project concept and reviewing quantitative and qualitative facility requirements;
  • assistance reviewing municipal planning restrictions;
  • co-ordination and assistance completing the purchase of the development site;
  • obtaining environmental assessment and any other necessary studies with respect to the Project;
  • assistance securing required municipal development approvals;
    monitoring, coordinating and supervising the work of the architect and other professionals engaged by the Client to work on the Project;
  • assistance preparing and submitting funding applications, business plans, progress reports, and other required submissions to governments, banks or other agencies or organizations that may be providing funding or financing for the Project;
  • assistance developing and monitoring the Project Work Plan and Development Schedule;
    assistance developing and implementing a Moving Plan and Schedule;
  • developing and implementing a tendering process for the selection of a moving company;
    assistance determining property management requirements and implementing a property management strategy; and
  • providing overall Project co-ordination throughout the development process.
