2. General Project Management Services

  • overall responsibility for preparing, coordinating and implementing a Development Strategy for the Project;
  • providing and facilitating liaison as applicable with all levels of government and other public agencies, with Project funders and any financial institutions providing financing for the Project and with professionals and others retained by the Client to work on the Project or otherwise co-operating in the development of the Project; and
  • assisting the Client to direct and monitor the design and construction process.
