Jackson-Brown Associates offers a wide range of services
to its clients. The following is a list of services typically
provided to non-profit organizations seeking to purchase
and build or renovate space. The start-up services described
in Section 1 relate to developing the initial Project
concept, conducting a feasibility analysis and requesting
financing for the Project, and are typically provided
through a limited scope letter of agreement. The other
services are extracted from the standard Project Management
Contract for projects where the client will be owning,
rather than leasing, the premises. This contract is usually
negotiated once funding for the Project has been secured
and it is proceeding to implementation.
