Parkland
Court in Smiths Falls was developed betwen 1989 and 1991
on behalf of Settlers Private Non-Profit Housing Inc.
This 35 unit $2.9 million townhouse project was designed
by Nichols Vandenberg Architects Inc. and was built by
Andrew Mitton and Covell Construction of Smiths Falls.
