In 1998 and 1999, we helped Merrickville District Community Health Centre to negotiate a long term land lease from the Village of Merrickville-Wolford and build a 10,000 square foot facility adjacent to the community centre, the municipal offices and the fire station. Architect Larry Gaines designed an efficient single-storey structure providing space for health and social service programs and for community use. The total capital cost of the project was $1.42 million.
