This 88 unit $8.78 million mixed project of apartments and stacked townhouses was developed for CommunityWork Non-Profit Housing Corporation as part of Thorncliffe Village. This development, a public-private partnership between the City of Ottawa and Domicile Developments, included private and municipal non-profit housing, a housing co-operative and freehold ownership town homes. Cliff House, designed by architect Wolf Mohaupt, was copmpleted in 1992.
